Beacon Counseling Rates and Fees
Beacon Counseling Center is a ministry of The Cross Church and, as such, we are unable to accept insurance of any kind as a form of payment for services. Our current fees are $100.00 per 50 minute session for a fully licensed clinician (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and $85.00 per 50 minute session for our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy or Professional Counseling Associates. Our counseling student interns charge $20-50.00 per 50 minute session.
If your insurance plan allows for reimbursement for out-of-network expenses, we are able to create a receipt for services called a superbill, which you may be able to submit independently for varying levels of reimbursement.

Beacon Counseling does not accept insurance of any kind as payment for services. We are able to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) cards as well as cash, check, and credit cards via Square in office and Realm online payment system.

As a general summary our fees are $100.00 per 50 minute session for fully licensed clinicians and $85.00 per 50 minute session for licensed professional counseling associates. Prior authorization or other care management limitations
Except in an emergency, your health plan may require prior authorization (or other limitations) for certain items and services. This means you may need your plan’s approval that it will cover an item or service before you get them. If prior authorization is required, ask your health plan about what information is necessary to get coverage.
